The Tower Type T6 Heat Treatment Furnace is engineered for aluminum alloy T6 processes, which include solution heat treatment, controlled quenching, and artificial ageing steps.
Its vertical tower configuration allows parts to be suspended during heating, greatly reducing deformation and ensuring dimensional stability.

High-efficiency forced-air circulation and PID-controlled resistance heating provide perfect temperature uniformity (±2°C) required for aerospace and automotive grade aluminum components.
