PCB-04 is a cartridge filter powder coating booth for an overhead conveyor line. Parts carried by the conveyor are coated as they pass through the booth; overspray is drawn through the extraction grille in the booth floor, held in the filter module and recovered. With a 4,250 mm booth length, a 1,100 × 2,750 mm internal section and 2 operator positions, it matches the CPCO-15-G conveyor powder coating oven; the work envelope is the same as the oven (600 × 2,000 mm).
Bolted sheet-metal booth
The booth body is assembled from bolted sheet-metal panels. Inlet and outlet openings are 700 mm wide and narrowed to the part silhouette with adjustable plates. Operator openings, a conveyor slot in the roof and a service ladder are standard.
Cartridge filter module
An extraction duct connects the booth to the filter module, which holds 18 cartridge filters cleaned automatically by pulse jet; released powder is collected in a hopper with a slide valve and powder container for reuse. Cleaned air is discharged through the stack by a 11 kW exhaust fan.
Controls and options
The control panel carries the fan inverter, pulse timer and differential pressure gauge. For lines with frequent colour changes a cyclone can be added in the duct. Powder guns and the powder feed unit are not included; the customer's preferred system is fitted to the booth.
