Prices are prepared per project according to capacity, energy type and delivery terms.

BPCO-06-G is a gas-fired batch (box type) oven for curing powder coatings in shops with a wide mix of parts and changing quantities. The chamber is 6,000 × 2,000 × 2,200 mm (length × width × height) and takes 3 loading cars; parts are hung on the cars' hanger beams outside the oven, the car is pushed in across the shop floor and the double-leaf door is closed. Operating temperature is up to 200 °C.

Indirect heating, clean oven air

Heat is generated in a thermoblock at the rear of the oven: the burner heats the heat exchanger and the flue gas leaves through the stack without mixing with the oven air. In this size two circulation fans spread the heated air through a floor distribution duct to the door opening; the air rises through the parts and returns to the thermoblock under the ceiling, so the door side heats up as well as the back. A roof exhaust hood removes curing volatiles.

Bolted panel kit, industrial look

The body is built from rock-wool filled sandwich panels on a 500 mm module; panels are bolted together and nothing is welded. The walls sit in a channel anchored to the floor and the outer corners are clad with anthracite profiles. The oven ships flat-packed and is bolted together on site.

Door, safety and controls

The double-leaf door opens up to 170° on flag hinges and closes with a hand-height locking bar; a door safety switch prevents the fans and burner from running until the lock is closed. Explosion relief is fitted in the roof. A compact control panel is mounted on brackets on the burner side, with touch screen, push buttons and indicator lamps. The gas train is supplied with the oven.

Loading cars

The cars are made of bolted press-braked sheet profiles and run on heat-resistant braked castors; there are no rails in the oven, the car rolls directly on the floor. With an extra car, one load can be cured while the next is hung outside.
