The Billet Heating Furnace is engineered for precise and uniform heating of aluminum extrusion billets before the pressing operation.

The furnace provides ±3°C temperature uniformity using high-efficiency resistance heating elements and forced-air or convection circulation.
PID-controlled temperature regulation ensures consistent heating throughout the production cycle.
