Motor Starter Protectors
Motor Starter Protectors are compact, current-limiting circuit breakers optimized to protect electric motors, heating circuits, and distribution systems against short circuits, thermal overloads, and phase failures. The Siemens SIRIUS 3RV series delivers outstanding breaking capacity, precise setting ranges, and seamless modular mounting with SIRIUS contactors, ensuring maximum operational safety in industrial control cabinets.
Key Features:
-
Dual Thermal-Magnetic Protection: Adjustable thermal release for overload and instantaneous magnetic tripping for short-circuit protection.
-
High Breaking Capacity: Short-circuit breaking strength rated up to 100 kA for heavy-duty industrial environments.
-
Seamless System Integration: Direct pin and busbar mounting with SIRIUS power contactors for compact motor starter combinations.
-
Versatile Terminal Options: Available with standard screw terminals or vibration-proof spring-loaded connection systems.
