Melting and Holding Crucibles
Silicon carbide (SiC) crucibles for aluminium melting and holding furnaces. Each crucible pattern is listed as a separate product, with top diameter (TOD), height (HT), bottom diameter (BOD), aluminium capacity and brimful volume.
- A-shapes: lift-out and bale-out furnaces
- Basins and bowls: bale-out melting and holding furnaces
- Spouted basins: tilting furnaces, pouring spout on the crucible
We design our furnaces to accept crucibles of different makes; send us the dimensions of the crucible in your furnace and we will select a suitable pattern and crucible stand together. We also carry out crucible replacement and first heating (glaze conditioning).
